EFT  (Emotional Freedom Technique)

EFT also known as tapping therapy, is a powerful method that combines gentle tapping on specific acupressure points with focused thoughts. This helps release emotional blocks, reduce stress, and address negative patterns or beliefs. It's a simple yet effective technique tailored to support your emotional and physical wellbeing.
