A sound bath is a deeply immersive relaxation experience that uses sound frequencies and gentle vibrations to guide you into a state of deep inner stillness. During the session, you’ll either lie down or sit comfortably while the facilitator plays a variety of soothing instruments. There’s nothing you need to do, simply sit back, relax, and enjoy. Let the sounds and vibrations wash over you, while the guided relaxation enhances your experience and helps you enter a deeply restful state.

Everyone’s experience is unique. A sound bath is an invitation to quieten the conscious mind and allow the body to enter a deeply relaxed state, supporting its natural ability to heal. As the sounds flow through you, the experience encourages a sense of ease and can help clear energetic blockages, restoring harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. This creates space for balance, renewal, and peaceful awareness. Though many people find sound baths calming and enjoyable, others may release emotions, notice physical sensations or movements, or experience vivid imagery during the session. Not at all, no prior experience is required. All we ask is that you come with an open mind. While sound baths are suitable for most people, they may not be appropriate, or may require extra caution, for individuals with conditions such as seizures, epilepsy, acute sound sensitivity (e.g., severe tinnitus), acute mental health challenges, head injuries, or those with pacemakers. The immersive sound experience lasts between 45 and 60 minutes, giving you plenty of time to relax, enjoy, and gently transition back to a state of calm and focus.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel cosy, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or eye mask. Some people even like to bring a duvet for added comfort. It’s a good idea to avoid heavy meals right before the session and bring water with you to stay hydrated. This will help you feel refreshed and alert after the experience.
